Cancellation Policy
To provide a better experience for my valued clients, I follow a standard cancellation policy. In order to secure your appointment, a card hold is required at the time of booking( this will not be charged until service)This ensures that both my time and yours are respected. As a small business owner, cancellations result in lost income and take away appointment slots from other customers who are ready to receive a service. To avoid any cancellation fees, please make sure to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. You will receive text and or email reminders 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, giving you the opportunity to make adjustments if necessary. A fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost will be charged for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting my policy.
